Boston Blackie - Blood on Blackie's Sleeve

Blackie is in a hurry and seems nervous as he gets out of the cab.  He walks in to the hotel and meets Carol Williams in the lobby.  Carol said that she has been waiting to warn him about Fred Harland, who has just gotten out of prison. Fred has made threats to kill Blackie, because Blackie was the one who put him in prison.  Carol, being Fred's ex-girlfriend, has moved to new apartment under a false name. She is warning Blackie to stay away from Fred, because she wants to be the one that takes care of him, permanently.
