CBS Radio Mystery Theater - Frame-Up

Unhappily married couple Nick and Jennifer Palmer are having one of their frequent arguments.  Jennifer has finally had enough, and asked for a divorce.  Nick is an attorney, but has not worked on a case for over a year.  He and Jennifer have been living off of her family inheritance, and he has power-of-attorney over her money.  He has also been with other women during their marriage.  As Jennifer is walking out of the door for good, Nick tells her that unless she changes her mind, he will frame her for murder, and send her to prison.
