Matt Cvetic meets with comrades George Ritchey and Helen Jonas.  Cell leader Ritchey is punishing Miss Jonas for her work at Gordan Laboratories.  She was assigned to impede the progress of a new drug being developed.  As investors are becoming interested in the new drug, it seems that she is not doing enough to stop its progress. Ritchey is assigning Matt to help Miss Jonas make sure the new drug does not become a success for democracy.
