Mr. Keen, Tracer of Lost Persons - The Case of the Leaping Dog

Mr. Keen and his assistant, Mike Clancy, are walking back to the office when they encounter a Belgian Shepherd dog jumping under a window of an apartment building.  They investigate and find that the dog's owners had to leave in a hurry.
