Rogue's Gallery - The Star of Savoy

Richard Rogue is walking back to his office with his lunch date, Miss Betty Callahan. He tells her that it is too nice of a day to spend at work, why don't we go to the horse races. As Betty is calling her boss to ask for the rest of the day off, a staggering man named Charles McDonald walked up to Richard and said he needed to talk to him. Rogue told him to go into his office and he will be there shortly.  When Betty finished her phone call, they go into his office and find McDonald, dead on the floor. He had been shot twice.
