Suspense - Rogue Male

He chose his position well, on a grassy slope at the edge of a cliff, about 550 yards from the his target. When the target appeared on the terrace facing him, the sight was aimed at the "V" of his waistcoat. He said to himself "he would have never known what happened, if I had really meant to fire". Suddenly, two soldiers yelled "Stop!" and wrestled the rifle away from him. One of the soldiers said "he was trying to kill our Fuehrer! He said "no, I am a big game hunter. It was only a sporting stalk, I never meant to fire. Our countries are not at war". The soldiers bring him in for questioning. Later, a German officer that speaks English says "we have checked your story, and it seems to be true, however, we can not allow you to leave. Your death will be an accident, a sporting accident".
