The Adventures of Frank Race - The Adventure of the Garrulous Bartender

Frank Race is getting ready for a date, when Marcus walks in with some news. He says that Mr. Daniel Paulson of Pacific Insurance needs to see you at the Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California early tomorrow morning. When Frank arrives for the meeting, Mr. Paulson says "  we have to move fast on this one, it is an embezzlement job, for 100 thousand dollars.  The man's name is Thomas Carney, manager of the Spring Street branch of the Merchants National Bank". Frank asks "are there any leads?" Paulson says "only two slim leads. He has been frequenting a bar on Main Street called the Crow's Nest, and at his apartment the police found an envelope postmarked Juarez, Mexico. It had no return address and nothing was inside". Frank says "I guess my first visit is to this place called the Crow's Nest".
