The Man From Homicide - The Drowned Girl Case

It looked like a clear case of suicide.  At 2:00 AM, a uniformed police sergeant was about 50 yards away when he saw the girl go into the water. He heard a scream, then started running toward her. She was easy to see because there was a lamp post near the spot where she jumped into the Bay. By the time the officer arrived, she was under the water. When her body was recovered, they noticed she had no identification, no labels on her clothes, and had no purse. Lieutenant Dana started to believe that something was just not right about this case.
