This Is Your FBI - The Strange Extortion

A wealthy invalid older lady, Lettie Bradford of Long Island, receives an extortion letter in the mail threating her life.  The letter instructs her to place thirty thousand dollars in a wrapped package, and leave it in the alley behind the North Shore Bank building. She tells her secretary, Charles Forbes, to contact Judge Madison, the executor of her estate.  The judge tells Mrs. Bradford that this letter a federal crime, and he must contact the FBI.  FBI Agent Ewell Barnes is assigned to the case.
