Under Arrest - The Case of the Evil Witness

Captain Jim Scott is visiting prisoner Ben Coleman on the night before his execution for the murder of a police officer. Scott says "I'm here Coleman, what do you want?" Ben says "I'm innocent Captain". Scott says "Yeah, I know, every man in the death house says that. You killed a cop on a payroll stick-up. Why should I help you?" Ben says "I've been framed. Please Scott, you are my last chance to prove I'm innocent!" Scott pauses for a few seconds, then says "Okay, what have you got?" Ben says "I heard through the grapevine that the guy who killed the cop and stole the payroll came back to town last week. Contact Frank McGraw. You can find him at 2801 River Street. See him Scott, please". Scott goes down to the 2800 block of River Street that night. Suddenly, he hears shots and sees a sedan race quickly out of sight.
